Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) is a hands-on technique that taps into the body’s natural ability to heal. With a light touch, CST works to restore balance by gently easing tension in the central nervous system and promoting fluid movement around the brain and spine. CST helps unlock the body’s potential for self regulation, self correction and healing - enhancing wellbeing and building resilience.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Thai yoga therapy, also known as "Nuad Bo-Rarn" in Thai, is an ancient healing practice that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Originating from Thailand, it has been practiced for over 2,500 years.

The aim of a Thai yoga therapy session is to stimulate the body's self-restructuring/healing mechanism by intensely stimulating the tissues along the meridian (SEN) lines. It stimulates blood circulation and lymph system, increases flexibility and range of motion, reduces pain, and calms the nervous system.

Thai yoga is performed on a mat on the floor. During the session, you will remain fully clothed in comfortable attire that allows for movement.

This holistic therapy aims to balance the body’s energy and promote physical and mental well-being.

Sculptural Face Lifting™ (SFL) is a unique, non-invasive facial rejuvenation technique that naturally lifts and reshapes the face—without surgery or injections.

By combining deep external sculpting massage with precise intra-oral (buccal) techniques, SFL works directly on the facial muscles to tone, strengthen, release tension, and restore structural balance. It acts as a natural facelift, reducing puffiness, stimulating collagen, and enhancing jawline and cheekbone definition.

Unlike traditional facials, SFL targets the root causes of sagging and facial heaviness by re-educating the muscles and improving circulation and lymphatic flow.

Immediate Benefits

• Visible lift and sharper jawline
• Enhanced cheekbone definition
• Reduced puffiness and fluid retention
• Relief from jaw tension, TMJ, and teeth grinding
• Improved circulation for a brighter glow
• Reduction of muscle spasms and emotional tension

Long-Term Results (with regular sessions)

• Improved muscle tone and firmness
• Prevention of double chin and drooping
• Softening of deeper lines
• Better facial posture and symmetry
• Natural prevention of age-related changes

What to Expect

A 50-minute, safe and non-invasive session combining deep external sculpting with gloved intra-oral work. No downtime.

You will leave feeling lighter, lifted, and deeply relaxed.

Recommended Plan

For optimal results, a course of 6 sessions (weekly or biweekly) is recommended, followed by maintenance every 4–6 weeks.

Sculptural Face Lifting™

This one-to-one session combines advanced stretching techniques and joint mobilisations inspired by Thai therapeutic methods. The treatment aims to enhance flexibility, increase joint mobility, reduce muscular tension, and improve overall posture and body awareness.

Through carefully guided movements and supported stretches, the body is encouraged to release restriction and restore optimal range of motion. Specific attention is given to major joints — including the hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles — using gentle mobilisation and muscle energy techniques to deepen the therapeutic effect.

This therapy is ideal for anyone experiencing chronic stiffness, recovering from injury, postural imbalance, or seeking to improve posture and movement efficiency in daily life. Assisted Stretching helps maintain musculoskeletal health and promotes a sense of balance, strength, and relaxation throughout the body.

Regulates the autonomic nerves and flushes waste products in the body by leading to a comfortable sleep.
The painless all-hand procedure gives the parasympathetic nerves a predominance and relaxes the muscles, resulting in a healthy state.
The procedure itself is very pleasant, and since the parasympathetic nerves dominate, hormones such as dopamine and serotonin are secreted, making you sleepy from the start and causing no pain at all.
The whole body is relaxed and the autonomic nerves are in order, leading to the original healthy state.
Some customers choose to receive this massage to improve insomnia and depression.

The ME/CFS treatment of the Perrin Technique™ is an osteopathic method which stimulates the movement of fluid around the brain and spine. Improving movement in the spine further helps to drain the toxins from the cerebrospinal fluid.

Systematic manual lymphatic drainage techniques direct the toxins into the bloodstream, where they are eventually expelled by the body or carried to be detoxified in the liver.

Over time, with less toxins affecting the brain, the sympathetic nervous system returns to its normal function and symptoms improve.

Eventually, patients can become totally symptom-free.
